A Yoga course of ten "uphill" lessons, one to one classes (1:1) and live online: for those who are curious to try a path in search of stability, motivation, openness and awareness, through Chakras (energy centers), Asanas (physical postures), Prāṇāyāma (breath control).
More and more often we hear about Chakras, the benefits of Yoga on a physical and mental level, the importance of breathing, life energy (Prana) and the body's energy channels (Nadi).
To try to put all these aspects into practice and based on my personal experience as a yoga teacher, I decided to create this particular package of "uphill" classes (hence the name UPHILL YOGA).
Why "uphill"?
The aim of this course, or rather path, is to take you, through ten specifically designed Yoga lessons, to experience, through a multilateral approach, what Yoga can offer.
It is not a path designed for the aesthetics of postures!
The path is structured with an initial yogic introduction 'to warm up and get familiar', a middle phase with a more physically demanding step, and a final phase that requires more concentration.
As always, it is a personalised path for the student: the lessons are live online one to one (1:1) with Google Meet.
I won't dwell too much on the explanation of Chakras, History of Yoga or terminology, you will find dedicated articles on this subject at the bottom of this page.
Instead, let's take a closer look at a summary of the path...

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR ENROLMENT:
To register for the course, you will be asked to complete the appropriate registration form, the balance of the respective invoice by bank transfer, and the completion of a self-declaration of good health and disclaimer form.
PURPOSE AND TO WHOM IT IS SUITABLE:
I remind you that there is no such thing as the best, how you feel, your confidence and the correct execution of Asana and Prāṇāyāma are the things that matter most.
The course is suitable for everyone, both beginners (as a basis) and those who are already practising (as an insight), and is intended to be a first multilateral approach to a path of growth through Yoga.
Obviously claiming to reach Nirvana in just ten lessons is impossible: the lessons of this course form a complete practice and can be the basis for subsequent 'yogic' deepening.
